What do you like best? The mobile app which is useful for scanning receipts on the go whilst travelling. These will then be available for you in the webapp to use at a later date. Webexpenses- Three Years On

What do you like best? Online Access, Authorisation and Approval What do you dislike? The mileage calculator. It never seems to match the care odometer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's very convenient being able to scan and import receipts. VAT calculations are much easier too.

Simple and effective

What do you like best? Recording of receipts is straight forward and gives multiple ways to record, scan and photo. What do you dislike? Car travel map doesn't cope with change of standard route easily (and for separate directions) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less paperwork

We never used any kind of platform to manage our corporate expenses, and Webexpenses is fantastic!

Not the most user friendly expenses system

What do you like best? Customer support are always very helpful when I've called. What do you dislike? We are constantly trying to find ways to make WebExpenses do what we need it to, e.g. it's like we need to fit around WebExpenses' limited functionality instead of the system working around us. Can be clunky, but overall very good

What do you like best? Easy of use, and easy to submit things. I also find it easy when reviewing other people's claims What do you dislike? It is an easy to use bit of software that has a good mobile app.
