What do you like best? The platform is easy to navigate provides you with detailed reporting and updates in real time. What do you dislike? I don't dislike any functionality of the system but a "nice to have" would be the HMRC fuel rates automatically updating What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamline reporting and payment process. Employees are able to log their expenses on the go via the App so there are never any lost receipts

It's a good tool to keep track of employees expenses.

What do you like best? It's simple to use and not to time consuming. What do you dislike? Unable to process a nil value expenses claim. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to keep track of employee expenses and see who has outstanding claims. It has also made out VAT claims easier and there is no longer a need for loads of receipts and additional paper, which in turn means there is no longer any filing.

Great Expenses Tool

What do you like best? I find the most useful thing is being able to take a photograph of the receipt and Web Expenses is able to read the receipt and create the expense line from the information on there. We've also been able to adapt the approvals depending on department and costs that are to be approved. What do you dislike? Some good points and some improvements needed

What do you like best? I like that claims can't be lost and the software works fast. What do you dislike? You can reject one item on a claim, so you have to reject the claim in full. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less paper and receipts easily visible.

Straightforward and comprehensive

What do you like best? The ease of working with the Webexpenses is a delight and the service received is always top notch. The system is easy to use, has many helpful features and yet gives us the ability to report to our hearts content. What do you dislike? The fact that accounts have to be manually locked - it would enhance the Webexpenses experience further, if the system could automatically log accounts that have been inactive for a set period of time. Good system - excellent deployment

What do you like best? Chose webexpenses for flexibility and ease of deployment - their team worked with us to get the system up and running in multiple countries with different requirements - without charging a premium price for the complex set up. Life Simplified

What do you like best? Easy upload to our accounts package saves much time manually entering each line of claim. Can refer back to past claims and check for duplication of claims. Users can tell whether their line manager has approved them before they start chasing me for payment! Very easy to set up new users or categories. Made my life so much easier

What do you like best? One of the best features for me are the reports. Also, I find the system very easy and user friendly to use. For the peopled struggle there is the option to view training videos. Excellent system for administering expenses and achieving efficiencies

What do you like best? The administration time we have saved. We were previously using an unsophisticated excel expenses system which was very difficult to administer and to maintain an appropriate audit trail. Through the introduction of Webexpenses we have been able to save approximately half a day per week in central admin time.
