What do you like best about WalkMe? Ability to provide customers a library of self-help guides, videos, and walk-throughs to ensure onboarding success. What do you dislike about WalkMe? Constant updating due to system changes which is not the products fault. What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you? Enabling better onboarding and customer experience.

What do you like best about WalkMe? The most valuable thing WalkMe provides is time. WalkMe provides the user with on-screen guidance to get them to where they need to be without weighing down support teams on training for every function. "So many great uses not just for walking through software but to also change behavior"
What do you like best about WalkMe? The tool is truly digital adoption and use it to do different things like nudging. What do you dislike about WalkMe? Not safely collaborate between teams. One of my team members owns a system, and joining to do functional department solutions can be tricky. I wish we can prototype within the tool. What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you? Reduce training time to help with digital fatigue. Also, ability to help reduce support tickets.

What do you like best about WalkMe? A person can come in with literally no knowledge of a system and become a user in an instant. What do you dislike about WalkMe? It's not (by default) built into every single webpage. What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you? We are reducing the time to train users.
