A great tool with awesome support

What do you like best? VWO allows me to easily establish baseline data for my website, and create scientific tests to validate hypotheses relating to conversion optimization. What is great is how easy it is to implement tests and tie it all together in a simple interface. Advanced Tool with Outstanding Support

I've used VWO across two different companies and can't recommend it enough. Not only is the product very advanced in terms of testing and segments and reporting but the support team responds super fast and are very knowledgeable.

Explanation was so clear. I likectgat the presenter was very patient and answered questiins in a simple manner to be understood by someone who is a newbie.

Ok, but serious issues

While I appreciate the A/B testing side of VWO, there are some serious shortcomings that we were not made aware of until we got and paid for the full experience:- there is "support for hash URLs" however that means that the code runs twice if you have a link to an element on the page (so if you are inserting an element, it gets inserted twice. Their solution is to write JavaScript that checks the URL for a hashtag and only runs the code if it exists, which makes it impossible for a ...

I feel the on-boarding boarding process could be a little richer. There's no real program to get started. However, the organization is open ato questions and responsive.

What do you dislike? Sometimes the preview function makes it difficult to tell whether I am viewing the variant or the control. What problems are you solving with the product?
