the Vtiger product is GREAT!!
What do you like best? I have found the program to be intuitive and easy to use. Whenever I have had questions, the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful! What do you dislike? I would like to see an "off-line" mode or feature where I can sync once a day. This would be useful for when I do not have reliable internet connectivity. Powerful, individual and still very easy to maintain
What do you like best? Most importantly we like the huge individualization potential of Vtiger CRM. You can easily add fields, create relations or make fields dependable. And all this can be done within a very short amount of time. Secondly I really have to recommend Vtiger because or their incredible support. What do you like best? I have been using VT for 8 months now. Good pricing, user friendly and easy to navigate. I am very happy with their customer service, they are responsive and helpful! Vtiger is easy to manage and administer.
What do you like best? all the customizations, from the creation of the 'fields' per modules, up to creating the workflows, mapping, and reports What do you dislike? None at the moment. What do you like best? The VTiger Support staff are knowledgeable, always available and ready to help. I have used a number of CRM solutions and have yet to come across one that rivals VTiger support. What do you dislike? Very buggy
What do you like best? Not a lot. It does the same job as most CRM platforms but lacks the usability, flow and integration as most platforms in this space. What do you dislike?
