Absolutely the pits..

Absolutely the pits... took a great idea and burned it to the ground. No tech help? Are you kidding???I can't get anyone to help with a myriad of problems.How about there's no way to change to daylight saving time. Last year tech service had to reprogram it. now all my clocks read wrong..tuff hugh???Blocked calls keep coming in no matter what.. tuff hugh???No ability to undo a delete. awww! tuff hugh???A communications company ...WITH NO COMUNNICATIONS...ISN'T THAT SPECIAL!!!

Dealing with customer service?!!

Dealing with customer service you get caught in a loop of people that don't listen to the problem or issue and then pass you to someone else that also doesn't listen to the problem or issue. The statements are hard to follow as well and there have been many mistakes on fee's and taxes that they have gone back and corrected but took exceedingly too long. Our business has been with Vonage for years. Never had issues reaching a person and getting help. UNTIL NOW. What happened? I feel like I am dealing with AT&T. I cannot speak to anyone, held on the phone for 13 minutes, chatted with someone online, said they would have someone call me as soon as possible. Well, it's been over 24 hours, no one has called. 0 stars.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. We tried to port our business number over 4 months ago, and it got lost in cyberspace somehow. They "escalated" our case and its been 4 months now. We cannot speak with a competent tech support or customer service rep. We have tried to cancel our service 2 months ago and still are getting charged.

They will keep charging you after you cancel service!!

Around Oct 18th 2020 I called to cancel my Vonage service. I had to forcefully tell the agent I wanted to cancel, not change, not get a discount, etc. Just cancel the service. She finally agreed to cancel the service and let me know that I had already paid for November and they don't give refunds. The service and my account would cancel on or about November 18th. Worst experience. I called vonage and one of their employee Orante Duante gave me a very high price for what we need. I said i was not interested. One hour later, Rhony Morales called me and said he was the supervisor. He started telling he has a business vonage for me and the price was much lower that Orante gave me.
