One if my phone lines has never worked…

One of my phone lines has never worked om have had 10 virtual chats, and 1 phone call that I was hung up on and they asked for my number in the beginning of our call then didn't call me back after the hang up. At this point I have no idea what to do no one will help me and I own a small restaurant my reservation line will absolutely not ring iko straight to voicemail this is devastating to my business.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

This is the hands down absolute WORST customer service I have ever had. I've used this service for 3 yrs... I have been having issues. When I first began discussing getting their service, I couldn't shake them... Now that I used them and need help I have been trying for 3 weeks to try to get someone to call me back. I have been with Vonage for 17 years…

I have been with Vonage for 17 years and everything worked as advertised. Then without warning Simulring and Call Forwarding no longer works outside of a few countries. I rely on this service which they just cut off.But Vonage does not care. They say well its just what it is and to basically f*off.They are awful people with a terrible attitude.Vonage cannot be trusted

Beware before you use Vonage

I signed up for Vonage at 14.99 per month. Without notice they Increased my rate to close to 40.00 a month. The service works good but I would never do bisoness with a company that won't let you cancel online. You have to call to cancel but they list no phone number or instructions on the website. May be coincidence but once I said I wanted to cancel to the automated system I got dropped 3 times. Finally canceled on the 4th try after they tried to take me back to 14.99 a month. In the end ...

The sales department is full of liars and no one staffs customer service

If you decide to go with Vonage on the sales line ASK for a customer service number to test their customer service. You will only talk to a sales(high pressure sales) associate. They do not have anyone to speak to for customer service. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VONAGE!!

I've paying about $100 a month for our small service and usually don't call support but today I tried and can't get a hold of anybody. Just answering machines that don't help at all.

Phone service customer service bad connection REALLY!?

I called to update my account because I have some old business lines still with them. I could not talk to someone so I decided to cancel my account because the only calls are robocalls that Vonage cannot filter out. After waiting nearly 30 minutes I was connected to someone who could not hear me, really, a phone service company with bad connection. I would leave a 1 star but I think most people skip those reviews so please consider this review as a NEGATIVE 2 star review.

Chat Only Customer Support

We've been using Vonage for our VOIP phone systems for years and have been pretty satisfied. However, I recently needed to speak with customer service but you can no longer get a person on the phone. Vonage has apparently switched to "Chat Only" customer service. PITIFUL LACK OF CUSTOMER FOCUS!!!!
