Platform is great
Platform is great; technology is great; it has helped us to dramatically improve client serviceUnfortunately, support is terrible, unresponsive, required multiple ask's; billing support is not helpful - they refuse to allow electronic checks for small accounts; also, they do not appear to use their own technology in their contact center.

They are getting worse
They are getting worse. No phone number to be able to reach someone, and through a chat line eventually, get no help with phone issue. Very frustrating company to work with. Issues not resolved.

No Support is ruining a good thing
Been using this product for almost 10 years. Recently had issues and could not get through to anyone able or willing to help. Submitted several help tickets that were ignored.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I have been trying to reach Vonage by telephone for approximately 3 months. No one ever answers my calls and no one ever replies by their chat/help tool. The phone calls I am paying to record are not recording and I need to add another extension. Vonage has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horrible Support
We have had Vonage for a year and half and everything worked great until a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely have to have shared line appearance working on our system, and a few weeks ago it stopped working all together. Now the only way to pick up calls from other phones is to transfer and since we have several phones unmanned, we have to run back and forth answering, hanging up and answering again. I put in a case and they said here's the guide to set it up, do a chat if you want to ...

my business phone has not been working…
my business phone has not been working for at least 4 days. It was nearly impossible to reach a rep to discuss the issue..could not speak with anyone..it took hours to eventually commence a "chat"..After an hour with the rep, the issue was not solved. It has been several days since that chat..phone still not working...no one has contacted me TERRIBLE customer service

They used to be great
They used to be great, but since they went to online chat support only, no telephone support, and it’s not even available weekends, but my business is open weekends, and if I can’t get support for my business telephones when I need it, it only gets one star me.

Horrible Tech Support/Customer Service
We have had Business Vonage for a year with minimal issues. Over 2 weeks ago our business texts suddenly stopped working, and there is no option to speak to a live tech person other than through chat. I have chatted with over 10 reps and none have been able to fix the problem, seem to just use generated responses, and it has been "escalated" twice. We still have no text messages. This has greatly hurt our client care, and I have no way to talk to a representative. Find another phone service ...
