Not a reliable service provider
International calls hasn’t been working for me for months. I called them many times. Still not working. Eventually I cancel the service. Also considering how much other VOIP services cost out there, what they charge is a rip off.

Unimpressed and dropping the service
Initially the service was strong, but in the last year I have had a multitude of issues. My phone stopped ringing, so I would miss calls from clients. Getting customer support was difficult and the solution they provided me did not sustain. Then my phone stopped working properly. Luckily I had a client email me that my phone line did not seem connected. I have no idea how long this issue persisted. Worst customer service on planet earth
Worst customer service on planet earth! They have absolutely no clue what they are talking about, zero customer service training. They don't have a phone number so they hide behind emails (however it will take three months to get a reply)Please please avoid this company, pay a little bit more and go with a company that values customers. Once they have you signed up they couldn't care less about you.

A bad start?!
December 2020 we made a banktransfer of 400 euro to reload our balance. With Nexmo this was never a problem. until today the balance is not relaoded with de 400 euro we made with the banktransfer. No reaction to mail, nothing.At the end our balance was updated with the 400 euro we made with the banktransfer. Although we forgot to mention the requested reference number 4 stars. Can it get much worse for you
I was a bit shocked to see a company with such a low feedback score and still be functioning. Just my initial surprise,as my feedback &experience to date is not positive in any way.I called your company back in September 2020. What a rip-off
What a rip-off! I can't believe how this company treats its customers. I was with them for about a year using several different numbers. I had to call in about once a week for technical support because something wasn't working right. I finally found a company to switch to that I tested and worked with 0 issues and I started the port process and then canceled the account before the billing cycle renewed. They sent me a bill for the following month and to this day say I still owe them money. ...

This is the worst
This is the worst, most disconnected telephone company I have ever encountered. They have ZERO technical support despite HOURS of trying to go through their online bots, their endless phone tree and emails. The WORST>

Lack of live tech support
I would have rated Vonage higher but they no longer have phone support. Using chat can be very frustrating. Luckily, I don't often need support, but when I do I really want to talk to someone. When I used to talk to a live person, I was able to solve my issues much quicker and more efficiently. I also don't understand why my monthly bill keeps creeping up every few months even though I have no change in service. Would I recommend Vonage? Probably, but with reservations. Scammers!!!!Terrible costumer service ever!!
Terrible costumer service ever!!! it's impossible to speak in person with anyone if you have any issues. The only way to speak to someone is to tell them that you are interested in buying their product, and when you tell them that you have an issue that needs to be resolve, they promise to call back, but they never ever do follow up with you. They also have $2,000 canceling fee that they don't disclose with you at the beginning.They lie to you and ignore you. Don't get yourself into this mess.

Took almost a month to fix everything.
Feb 2021 Original Review: I converted from Vonage Residential (14 year user) where I had no issues, except for call quality. I called up Vonage Business and they assured me that transitioning to them would fix that issue, which it has. That's the good part. The bad part is customer service is beyond horrific. 3/4ths of the reps I've dealt with pay no attention to any of the questions I ask, instead giving canned answers that have nothing to do with the question I've asked.
