We switched from Mitel to Vonage…

We switched from Mitel to Vonage January 2021. It has been a game changer for us. I can now answer calls on my desk phone, computer and cell. Being able to make business calls from my mobile has dramatically changed the way I work. I'm no longer confined to my office and can be productive anywhere. We also have a contact center. Vonage Business has been a very positive experience.

Vonage Business has been a very pleasurable experience to use for Streamline Voice & Data. As a low voltage company, we rely heavily on our phone system. The Vonage system allows for our customers to send pics directly to our main number. This allows us to see various wiring configuration before we dispatch techs. The mobile app is excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Super happy to be working with this group...

We are a technology company that has worked with multiple platforms through the years - our experience with the Vonage platform and it's dedicated staff has been the best. While every platform has its nuances, we've been able to get any and all of our concerns and/or issues that have arisen addressed immediately. As a consultant tech company, we don't sell anything that we do not also use in house. I can say that I've been super happy with the product / features / pricing / support.

Excellent VOIP phone system choice for small - large businesses!

So this is sort of a double review. Our company has used Vonage for our internal phone system for close to 12 years now. Funny thing is, as a broker in the industry, we actually have access to dozens of other VOIP provider accounts for permanent internal use, for FREE, yet we still choose Vonage on a paid per month bill haha. We switched to Vonage last year and…

We switched to Vonage last year and what a difference! The sound is awesome, the people are incredible and the AP is fantastic. I can text from my PC now and the people I interact with appreciate short and sweet! The softphone AP and the Vonage meetings are both very easy to use and work! I can find calls and listen back in case I missed a detail too! Love Vonage and our Account Executive, Alex Comstock. He is amazing to work with!

Unwavering service and committment

Our firm has been a client with Vonage for about 4 years now. Alex Comstock is our contact and I am so grateful to have him assigned to our account. His prompt and excellent service is beyond measure. Alex approaches each of our VOIP needs with caring, dedication, and knowledge. We just canceled our vonage phone…

We just canceled our vonage phone services last year; Now on January 2022 they are still billing out bank account credit card. I call my walmart bank account customer service about the matter, they said yes Vonage can still charge you a monthly fee even after you cancel your account. It seems as though Walmart bank and Vonage are involved in an international credit card skimming operation.
