Gilbert has always been very helpful in every situation i have needed him.

Gilbert has always been very helpful in every situation and every day. We have spoken a handful of times through the year and he has always guided me in the correct direction and has been attentive from the first sale to making sure my account is always working the way it should. If vonage had more people like him, i think the company would do very well. i am staying on board mainly because of Gilbert and his customer service skills

Great product and service

My company just uses the mobile app and I highly recommend it. So many features, and call quality is great. I’ve never had to call into customer service yet. Alex Comstock was my sales person. He is very knowledgeable, made sure our business was taken care of. He would also go out of his way to answer any questions we had even after we started the service.
