What do you like best? It's not complicated, very user friendly. I can see the faxed documents in or out page by page. Contacts can be labeled from messages or calls, doesn't matter. I can also set up a message from the call page. What do you dislike? Can't seem to recv or send pics. Could be a setting though?. Everyone on Vonage can see everyone's fax business or personal. There's no way to prevent that other than a cover page, it could help some but doesn't solve that issue. ...

What do you like best? They are always available including holidays. What do you dislike? I sometimes have to call twice to resolve my issue but if you have access to your account online, there's no need for you to call. Everything is easy to change/access. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Vonage has been really useful to me. I use it for conducting calls outside of the country, as well as walkthroughs on video calls.
