Daily Use

What do you like best? We are able to use this as VoIP - Which allows our remote employees to work on the same network What do you dislike? Users have to be an admin to have detailed call reporting which they check their calls daily What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We didn't have any problems to solve with Vonage.

What do you like best? I like that this service is cloud based. Prompt support 24/7. What do you dislike? Administration is mostly done by Vonage which has upsides and downsides. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One less physical server to worry about in house.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There’s nothing fancy about this software--but it functions just as it should. You can rely on it to get your calls through the other party without a problem. So far, I haven’t had issues with the quality of the calls too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? Vonage Business provides a great service. The customer service is very good. They are always ready to assist. If we have questions, it is easy to call in and speak to someone who will help. I like that the bills are consistent each month. They are easy to understand and there are never any surprises. What do you like best? I like the concept behind all the features, but have been unable to see them work. What do you dislike? It doesn't work. Calls do not show up on my dashboard and the calls that do get through tend to drop. Recommendations to others considering the product: Until they fix the app, don't waste your time or your money. What do you like best? I like to have access to my work line when out of the office. Vonage has a different ringtone so office calls are easily identified What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Unlike other programs, Vonage does not mess with your voice quality. This is quite surprising because you can use this in virtually any device as long as there is an internet connection. All I had to do was to download its app onto my phone, and voila--I have everything set up. Vonage for taking your business on the go

What do you like best? My efficiency increased substantially while stress level going down when I was able to work away from the office just as if I was at my desk. What do you dislike? The sound is occasionally not so great but the same as any other carrier What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to work from anywhere. Comfort of scheduling my day around tasks instead of location.
