I am not one to write a scathing review…
I am not one to write a scathing review of any business, but it's been over a year and my phones STILL randomly stop working for weeks or months on end. Nobody at Vonage is equipped with the knowledge on how to deal with issues with their technology. What a joke! This is a phone company, the least their customers should be able to expect is their phones to be in proper working order. What do you like best? Vonage Business allows our team to work remotely with dedicated phone and text service. We are able to contact customers and others, while staying connected with each other. Simple and user friendly
What do you like best? Easy to set up. Cost effective and features that are handy when you use it for business. Call forwarding, Transferring, conference call are all made simple and easy to use. I wish there was a no Star
I wish there was a no Star. These stupid People offer poor service, lied for no reason. I had to cancel my account to get away from them. They cancel my account send me my confirmation email, then try to charge my card on file. When I asked why telling me it was a system failure I must cancel again.

The service is below average I would say. Transferring calls to your “actual” device is really slow, Customer service is a nightmare, the phone app is dated. For the price, go somewhere else even if you have to pay more.Case number 07075457

Reward Bad Service By Changing AWAY From Vonage
Although VOIP service through Vonage is reliable enough, their administrative and technical support is terrible. As others note, chat support is ineffective. So we end up on hold in queue for interminable periods before speaking with anyone. When we have reached someone, in Costa Rica, outcomes have been less than satisfactory.We are on a pay by check plan and have submitted payments timely. Yet service has been suspended without notice. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Losing calls is virtually impossible with Vonage. It can store data on who has tried to call you and who you have a call appointment with. Sending voicemails are quite a breeze too. In fact, I think everything is a breeze with Vonage. Making calls and receiving them is so easy.
