I had Vonage for 9 years! Not anymore
I had Vonage for 9 years. 9 YEARS!!!! I was a dedicated customer. I no longer needed my number, which I ported into them, from ATT from 35 years ago. I gave up the number, as Vonage has become too expensive. I called to cancel, and was told I would be charged a disconnect fee of $60. It is insulting,and when I signed up for Vonage, there was no such thing. Then the phone rep tried to negotiate the amount due to my long standing. Great Service. Just works.
What do you like best? The admin interface pretty much handles everything. I have yet to find something I can't figure out. The mobile app is also very useful so we can answer calls remotely (not sure if that's a good thing for my social life). We have setup 5-6 phones and they all work perfectly. The price is pretty competitive and they are really fast at shipping out hardware. What do you dislike? Calling a cs rep can take a long time sometimes. However, they always seem to get my ...
