Best small business VOIP solution I’ve found.
What do you like best? We moved from a competitor 6 years again and haven’t looked back. Vonage was the rare combination of a solution that was simple to switch too but advanced enough to handle the needs of our business. The tech support is great. Recently I purchased a new phone online that wasn’t originally spec’d for Vonage. What do you like best? Customer Support. They will call me to set up new phones. What do you dislike? I really don’t dislike anything. Vonage is very attentive. Recommendations to others considering the product: More affordable, great customer service What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? At this point the value and service as been good. We like the Ease of Use of the products and services. It does not seem difficult to reach anyone when needed, which is a big advantage for a smaller office. I also like the fact we have control over all of the use via our portal, this allows for very easy and quick changes to our system if needed. Very good overall Communications Platform with many facets
What do you like best? The best thing about my experience with Vonage Business Communications has been the expansive number of tools within their platform. Particularly, my organization has benefited greatly from access to Mobile Connect which allows us to access our office phones from our mobile device. So far spent 3 hours on the phone with…
So far spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support. Most of it has been on hold waiting to talk to someone. I have been transferred and disconnected 3 times, only to start over again. Vonage needs to spend more money on having a functional product instead of spending the money on sales representatives.Ticket Number is 07306670. One star more like none...to bad this…
One star more like none...to bad this business isn't going to thrive. I started out liking them a lot until they were dishonest about our payments. From $129.00 to $189.00 a month. They took out 2 payments for March and still suspended our service. After this bad contract is over we will not do business with this company. I rather get cell phones for our businesses.

Rip off!!!
Rip off!!!! Feel so violated and ripped off! Vonage did not offer voicemail transcription and charged over two years. Now, they said they cannot provide credit since we are now calling. Is this good business practice? The money goes to top executives and taking from their customers. Stay away!!!!!! Run!

Vonage is the worst company to do…
Vonage is the worst company to do business with dishonest and very bad customer service, will not recommend it at all, I can't wait to move away from them at the end of the contract they put me in, they want to automatically renew even they know I'm not happy or satisfied with this terrible company
