What do you like best? Easy set up, love the dashboard. It is easy to set up users, voicemail and I really like the ease of the block feature for robocalls. The text feature is great as well as the Team SMS feature. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I don't like yet. The worse costumer service
The worse costumer service, be extra careful of this company they do not care about the costumer, sale representative take advantage of this, make faulty sales, you sign the contract then you realize is not what they offer to you, you stock with the contract. We use Vonage in the UK and Canada and it is a first rate service and offers a great range of features at a reasonable price. With the virtual numbers it also allows family in other countries to keep in touch on a local number.

Great idea for keeping businesses and personal separate
What do you like best? Clear lines, easy set up, super user friendly. What do you dislike? On the rare occasion a call will get dropped or there will be a significant delay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to sell memberships for a fitness studio that didn’t even have walls using Vonage while still using my personal device!

What do you like best? I love the computer app. I prefer it because I can still work and view my screen handle free...with or without an earpiece. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Messaging would be my favorite, fax is also a great feature,easy to communicate with the team. call forwarding. What do you dislike? Loads super slow to load , sometimes we have to exit and log in again. Disconnects. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication between employees is great and voice mail so that we don't have to take every single call.
