10 years or probably more with Vonage Canada. No complain whatsoever. The few times it was down, due to Internet, not their fault. Fast reply, always very helpful. I hope Vonage Canada will continue providing great service at a very affordable low rate.

Worst Customer Service, lots of Hidden Charges, poor phone quality

Have been a Vonage customer for a year & have been on the phone with them several times for hours trying to cancel my contract, but everyone I speak to claims to be a Account manager, yet they are not helpful at all. Waiting for Months for Gift Cards!

I have tried for months now to speak to a manger, but I am always told, no manger is available. I was referred by a friend, and we both were to receive a $50 gift card. I spoke with several people who told me they would take care of the matter. I spoke with someone and was told I needed to be a customer for 61 days. Well, that passed months ago. Regardless of service quality, and optimized subscription business against customers

Unfortunately, even in the current times, Vonage has decided that subscription practices to penalize existing customers are a good business model, still legal in the USA. Due to unforeseen financial burdens, I went to cancel my service after more than 10 years, as I don't need it now. A business Phone Company who is Accountable.

What do you like best? The services they provide along with the cost is very reasonable for a small business. A lot of bells and whistles for the money you pay. Like with all companies there are hiccups but I must say hands down they have stepped up to the plate to take responsibility to fix and accommodate the issues. These phones are super easy for employees to work from home

What do you like best? I can use the app to see who is on a call and has calls on hold. I can delegate our employees to take a hold call or I can see who is available. I love that the employees can just take the phone home and connect to their home internet and it still rings our office number and we can transfer calls to an extension just as if they were in the office. Great customer service

What do you like best? When I need help with my account the customer service is spot on. What do you dislike? I don't really have any complaints but some of my teammates say their calls get dropped sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'm satisfied with Vonage and thanks for helping me when I need it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
