Great VOIP with tons of included services
What do you like best? Vonage has been incredibly reliable and convenient while working remotely and has tons of extra services included in my basic service. Telephone service
What do you like best? I do like that I can transfer calls to my cell phone. I also like when someone leaves a message it shows up in my emails and my emails are sent to my phone so I know I have a call that has arrived. I also like that I can BLOCK a call from Solicitors! Great Cloud VOIP System - Works in Puerto Rico
What do you like best? The best feature of Vonage is the availability of so many features. The flexibility of call flows configurable from the web control panel is impressive, from call groups and virtual receptionists with voicemail and schedule control to outbound caller ID configurations - when combined with the mobile app I find it hard to beat. What do you like best? The flexibility of the Vonage App is one of the best features. You can answer phone calls from your mobile or your laptop, whichever is most convenient for you! Great Portability & Love the Free Virtual Mtg Function that was Added
What do you like best? Two things: the affordability to add/remove extensions & the recent free virtual mtgs capability in our services. It kept me from changing VOIP services. What do you dislike? I don't necessarily have any; but I would love to see a "mirror" option in the new virtual mtgs. Billed for phones that were returned over a year ago, Vonage offers a 90 day credit!!!
Update: Vonage did provide the proper credit for the phones that were returned and did a full account review to make sure we were not being over billed for anything else.Been a long-time enterprise customer with Vonage/Telesphere. When we started our service the phones were leased as part of the 'seat' but last year we decided to purchase our own phones and returned all of the leased phones back to Vonage. Months later after calling to cancel and still being billed!
I called to cancel Vonage(no way to cancel online-that should be a clue as to the scam right there) back in February because I finally moved into my retail space and had to buy internet service and the package to add the phone was the same price. I then ported my number from Vonage and let them know I no longer needed the service and wanted to cancel. I was told that I had to pay for the service through the end of my contract(until August). I had Vonage for over 14 years
I had Vonage for over 14 years - mostly with two lines, until I discontinued one. After MANY months of not using the one remaining line, I called this morning to cancel the account. The 'service' rep was so rude and argumentative that I couldn't wait to be done with Vonage. I was told that, if I used the line at all today, I would be charged another month! Vonage is the most corrupt, malicious unethical company you'll ever deal with!
Don't ever sign up with Vonage if you ever want to cancel their services. They don't deserve one star. 1. They will lie and say that the number you ported over to another carrier did not port over, even if you verified by dialing 611 to hear the other carrier. 2. They will continue to hold the number you ported over so that you cannot receive any phone calls to that number. 3. They will bill your credit card company, three weeks after you cancelled.
