What do you like best? Vonage is a very easy company to work with. Their employees are knowledgeable and have always provided fast, courteous help when needed. What do you like best? Admin Portal is easy to navigate and configure What do you dislike? I can't think of anything at the moment. Actually the virtual receptionist setup is a little tricky. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend this for small business on a budget What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saved allot of money vs. PBX system. Flexible for a small company of remote workers.
