Easy to use interface with high reliability

What do you like best? Simple and easy to use should be the usp of this app. Very high reliability even in slow and intermittent internet connection made me fell in love with Vonage. Prior to Vonage, we tried multiple SIP apps. none of them was reliable enough to use as dispatch mainline. Support is AWFUL, Web-based UI is incredibly buggy

What do you like best? It allows me to make calls and it integrates with Zoho What do you dislike? There support is absolutely awful. I had a support ticket open for 6+ months that was never followed up on. It turns out the issue wasn't a bug at all (which I was originally told), but rather the 'button' I had been looking for was buried in the interface. What do you like best? During the time I had to work from home, it was necessary to call Vonage CS several times to keep changing days, times, and phone numbers for calls to be forwarded.
