What do you like best? No landline, you can receive calls from the app or hardware from anywhere with high speed internet. Convenient tool to run my business
What do you like best? I like being able to answer a call where ever I might be and the client not realize the difference. Vonage works Hard to make your life easy!
What do you like best? I like all the tools that allows you to do so many things to make our business run smoother. Reporting capabilities are a huge plus as well as having the ability to use your mobile phone to answer calls away from the office, but still show as if you are in the offoce! What do you dislike? Awesome Vonage Business Phones
What do you like best? When away from the office, the Vonage app on my cell phone ensures I never miss an office call. I can access everything including emails and call logs thru the app. When logging on as administer, I can block an entire area code, stopping those annoying an harassing robocalls and scammers. Dependable and reliable VoIP service
What do you like best? The ease of setting up the equipment and matching the equipment to the service is excellent. The support service has always been responsive, whether you contact them through online chat or by phone. Total Regret - Worst service ever - Nothing but problems
What do you like best? Very little, was supposed to save me expenses What do you dislike? Where to start? Problems getting service started, problems getting phone #'s ported over. What do you like best? The ability to receive calls and text from my computer desktop! I love the feature of the app as well where the phone can ring across multiple platforms to ensure that all calls are answered. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Costs have been consistent and the service has been good. What do you dislike? We've had Vonage for multiple years and have yet to experience any major problems.
