No sales support available!

I called their customer support trying to get some questions answered about their service offering and the rep "Rita" refused to answer any of my questions. She told me that Vonage does not have a sales team -- all the information was "on the website". I am here ready and willing to spend money on their services, and I can't even get basic questions answered. What an epic, awful fail. Avoid these jokers at all costs.

Great system to work at home or on the go

What do you like best? The feature I like the best is texting using the desktop app. I don't need to use a separate phone. I also enjoy being able to check our voice mail from anywhere. I can check voicemail with one device while texting or calling from another device. What do you dislike? Vonage has terrible customer service

Vonage has terrible customer service. My phone was out of order for more than 50 days and it was never fixed. I called them more than 20 times and was very patient before canceling. Spent hours on the phone. When I canceled, they charged me for the devices that did not work. Never use this service.

I'm enjoying the number of tools available to use right at my desktop.

What do you like best? Keyboard texting from your desktop. The upside is a faster response time at your finger tips. What do you dislike? You cannot text images back and forth. The ability to send images via text is very common and available on a number of other platforms. It would be nice to have that ability and not have to rely on a separate app. Recommendations to others considering the product: I highly recommend using VBC especially for those working from home nowadays. ...

Vonage is best for Voip calling in USA

What do you like best? Vonage provide the best audio quality voice even in slow internet. Also it's plan is not so costly. You can also do the meeting directly through the Vonage app where all of your teammates can connect to meeting by calling on the number and entering the meeting pin. Vonage is the absolute worst!I called in March to cancel my service because their monthly rates keep increasing. I was with them for over 8 years and hardly used their services.Recently, to my disbelief, I received a letter from a collections agency saying I owed Vonage money.
