Trying VOIP Studio after several other options

I have been dealing with VOIPstudio for my business purposes.Until now, it has been a reliable service (altought not used for long).The setup is quite clear and after a bit of learning, the possibilities are great.Would recommend.

Great company and great for your business!

We were looking around for a voip system for our business for around 2 weeks before we come acoss voipstudio. I was amazed and happy with there value for money and there pay as you go service compared the other companys on the market. This is the best value service on the market but the customer service is not affected as there service is amazing. SFDC CTI Integration without the Apex code

Works well, albiet a bit clunky to configure. And there is no standard softphone or interaction log support within SFDC nor support for Apex based screen pops

Fast, supportive and good quality

Joined VOIPdito few days ago. during the trial I managed to make all checks, using the web softphone, my VOIP phone and mobile app. All works fine. When needed help & further explenations I contacted support via the web chat - gor an immidiette answers to ALL my questions and went live with the system. The monthly charges for virtau numbers is not the cheapest that you could fine (more then 4£/month while some companies offers the same numbers/destinations of 2.60 Euros/month). but it's ...

No Response to emails but nice user portal

I received an email from VoipStudio asking if there was anything else they could assist me with. I spent an hour typing an email, I never got a response. I followed up with 2 more emails and still nothing.. I believe VoipStudio sends out automated emails and never follows up on anything. This is a GREAT platform with fairly ease of use but they need to work on their customer service. Horrible
