If no experience then difficult to setup & lack of communication!!

Overall the solution is good but due to the lack of support in the setting up of it I would not be surprised if many people install it then just move on? The solutions meets my requirements but at the same time could benefit from some improvements and additions.After 2 weeks I am still waiting for an account manager to assist with the setup? and there is no telephone support which is frustrating??

Everthing I need

I'm from Switzerland and still in the trial period. Over here the VoIP is still at the beginning. The service of the local providers is at the low level and it is very hard to bring the systems with their help to work. VoIPStudio makes it much easier and we hope to get operational in a week.

A few items would be nice:1.) Tried to purchase Siemens phones in USA and was unable to. 2.) Would be nice to have some canned recordings with American accent

I've used a few, voip studio is up there with the best of them.

I downloaded the softphone and operate using my desktop computer and headset. Everything so far has went to plan, only thing missing is call recording.

Easy to set up, works, a bit rough around the edges

After moving into a new small office, we chose VOIP Studio instead of setting up traditional landlines. The free demo had all three of us up and running in a few minutes. Customer service team sent an email immediately and set up a call back to answer all of our questions.Getting everyone set up on the softphone and figuring out how it works took a few hours.
