very impressive trial

am new to VoIP so steep learning curve. have trialed a number of providers but VoiIPStudio seems to offer the most comprehensive package. The web console panel has masses of features many of which i am yet to understand or appreciate but looks to offer a future proof solution for my growing business needs. Oh, and the calls are crystal clear!K

its a great service, i have allows me to have a landline number on my mobile at a fraction of the cost I would have to pay to other landline providers for mobiles. Its easy to use and very cheap.

Average products & features, but great customer service...

I am new to VoipStudio, but I have already experienced some of the good characteristics of this company. They offer decent and functional business telephone service and features. And if I were to rate them on this alone, I would have given them 3 stars. Their customer service is what boosted them up to 4 stars, in my mind. VoipStudio Customer Service seems to sincerely want to address any issues or concerns you might have, in a timely manner. And the "follow-up" is amazing!

Good product, nice features & good customer service...

I'm new to VoipStudio. It took some time and a bit of reading to find out how to set up most of the advanced features. I really love the fact that I was able to connect my own 3rd party multi-line SIP soft phone. The actual working of the telephone service seems to be stable and quite adequate. The customer service team is very responsive and helpful. I believe that is their best asset.

Best Economical Small-Business VOIP System!

I found VoIPdito / VoipStudio a little over a year ago when doing research to find a superior but inexpensive replacement VOIP solution for the charity I worked for at the time. Disappointingly, our excellent previous provider was acquired by a much-less-than-stellar massive over-hyped conglomerate (you would know the name), so I knew we couldn't stay with them. Had a few issues getting the phone and account set up, however Renier at VoIPStudio was quick to help and solved all issues straight away.Will be going back to them shortly for further numbers.

Good but could be better

I have been using voipstudio for only about couple of days, but can say few things about it. Dashboard layout is good as most of the options are available on the one single page without having to navigate to diffrent links. But could not find if it could be configured on SIP softphone. Not sure if that option is available or not as could not find any info about it. As well incoming numbers are available at slightly higher rates compared the other options available at present.

Great service for a great price

We just started using VoIP Studio. No real complains so far. The feature set is very rich, the customer service is excellent. When we signed up we got immediately contacted by email by a rep who was guiding us through and answering questions. Porting of our old numbers was very smooth. In terms of features, we only miss the alphanumeric caller ID that we used to have, which would show the name of the caller provided by the operator in addition to their phone number.
