Why I love RealVNC
What do you like best? I love the ease of use. I found it super simple setup remote access to my RaspberryPi from both my PC and my Mac. Like less than 10 minutes simple. The hardest part of the experience was remembering my password. What do you dislike? I don't know that there is a downside. Perhaps if there were it would be the cost, but even that is mitigated by the time saved using RealVNC. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

VNC Connect
What do you like best? I would highly recommend VNC Connect. It is relatively easy to set up. I have been using it for about six weeks now without any problems. There doesn't seem to be any lag when using VNC Connect. What do you dislike? It was a little unclear as to what password they were looking for in the final setup. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend doing research as I did. I think your conclusion will be to go with VNC Connect. ...

Cost effective alternative to Teamviewer or Gotomypc with better quality
What do you like best? The speed is outstanding. The Enterprise version makes it easy to manage groups. What do you dislike? We have not found anything to dislike with the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed to enable work at home quickly because of the Pandemic. This has been easy to do and most users say they can barely tell that they are not in front of their computer

Seamless
What do you like best? VNC makes it almost seamless to connect to my workstation. It is a lifesaver, enabling me to be productive in the times of COVID. One time, I accidentally put my workstation to sleep. I was terrified that I have to physically push the power button to bring it out of sleep but with VNC, I could reconnect without the hassle of physically accessing to the workstation. What do you dislike? File transfer could be simpler not that it's complicated now. ...

Great for helping remote workers
What do you like best? We are able to connect to employees that aren't in the office and fix issues they may be having. They also have to let us on to the system, so there is no concern of someone potentially unauthorized accessing their devices. What do you dislike? We have not found anything that we immediately dislike. All of the features that we needed have been readily available to us. What problems are you solving with the product?
