Very good software for remote managment of client pc's and servers.

What do you like best? The ease of managment of client machines. You can eaisly group the machines in the control software and provide certain people access to only a certain group of machines. There is alos a nice challenge and reponse system to help the client be more confidant in that the person tehy are speacking to is the one about to take over thier system. What do you like best? Easy configuration, good quality rendering of remote desktop image, especially good at rendering characters clearly. Performance is better than some free remote desktop solutions running over a VPN. What do you dislike? I have the professional license. The absolute easiest way to work from home with access to everything you need!

What do you like best? It was so easy to set up, the price is extremely reasonable (following a free trial) and makes working from home very simple.
