Ease of use

What do you like best? VNC is easy to use and to install. It's fast and reliable. Worth every penny. I would recommand without hesitation. Truly a joy to use. It took us a while to find a solution that worked for our set-up but once we found VNC, it was a great choice. What do you dislike? It would be great if cost was lower. Because of cost, you have to use it strategically. If you do not think through properly about your intended use, the upfront costs can be high. However, with ...

Real VNC Connect

What do you like best? We've been using a competitor's (personal use) product off and on. The major use has been to connect to laboratory computers to check on experiment status and transfer files from remote locations. COVID-19 solidified the value of having good remote connection software. Real VNC offers attractive licensing costs for our situation. So far the process has been straightforward and the software works as promised. What do you dislike? There is some ambiguity in ...

Performs well, Reasonable Price, Reliable

What do you like best? I tried a couple remote work clients during the work-from-home period related to COVID-19. This one worked well, and was reasonably priced. I appreciated that it wasn't filled with a bunch of spammy-looking features and reasonable security (blank remote screen, lock desktop when last client disconnects) were obvious and easy to configure. What do you dislike? Honestly, nothing. It's fairly priced and does what I ask. There's even free personal use plans. I ...

Easy to setup and reliable VNC.

What do you like best? Almost no technical knowledge is needed. Setup is a blaze on LINUX and CHROMEOS even. Windows of course not a problem also. Cross platform was my personal key of choice. What do you dislike? No sound "back channel" for android software (but it works great on linux / windows software). Would be nice to improve this point ! Recommendations to others considering the product: if you are looking for an easy "control tool" for your computer(s), it's a good ...
