VNC Enterprise direct connect is for us true Geeks; it's truly fast access to remote systems.

What do you like best? I love the direct connection option of Enterprise. Although the name implies large scale installations, what makes up most of the business landscape are SMB businesses. Direct connections to these clients through port forwarding setup pays off tenfold in speed and efficiency that no other product seems to match. For the SMB size client, the effort is well worth it. And you'll always have the option for single console access if desired. Can't loose either way! Oh! ...

A must-have tool for any company with an IT department.

What do you like best? It allows our IT Department to remotely take control and service my local computer and diagnose issues. It also supports encryption so I can know whether it's who I think it is, controlling my PC. It's also multiplatform so I can freely use it on my Mac. What do you dislike? It doesn't support sound and connection to mobile devices. It would be much easier to talk to the IT support with audio instead of relying on texting. It also doesn't offer IPv6 remote access ...

VNC Connect provides fast, secure and no-hassle cross-platform remote access to my office!

The best for connecting to pi's

What do you like best? I have tried loads of remote access tools but real vnc is the only one that has given me the control I need to control an ever-increasing estate of raspberry pi's about the country. The cloud aspect avoids having to open ports on routers. What do you dislike? It is a little tedious with its file transfer system you have to open a program on both the client and server and set up where it will put the file. Whereas other programs have a nice drag and drop but ...

most (end) user friendly solution

What do you like best? Once the user has been configured in the admin portal life is easy. As long as you have a reasonable internet connection you will not have any issues connecting or staying connected. The way multiple monitors are supported is very nice when you connect from a similar setup. I have a 3 monitor side by side setup at work and at home and you can work all 3 screens from a single window, no need for switching. Overall a great solution, I never get questions from ...
