Great Remote Access and Control Tool - Perfect for Clients, and perfect for the support team
What do you like best? We have used other tools, but a tool we used went away in the last 90s. We surveyed the market place and test drove certain solutions. We decided on RealVNC because it was cross platform, security (are not forced through a cloud - we can connect directly, and pricing models. Real VNC connects to my work computer from anywhere.
What do you like best? I am able to connect to my work computer from anywhere is the world. I have been traveling thru Europe and Mexico and with an internet connection I can complete work related tasks with ease. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I appreciate the simplicity and aesthetic of the interface, and the stability of sessions. I run VNC to remotely connect to my work computer so I don't have to lug it around all the time in the event of a time-sensitive issue.
