Easy to set up and easy to use.

What do you like best? I like that this app is easy to set up and easy to use. I'm easily able to navigate the computer I am remotely logging into, and I like being able to do stuff like copy text from that remote machine to the one I'm on. Easy to operate.

What do you like best? It was very easy to set up and start using. I was able to download the app on a computer and start using it from my cell phone in less than 15 minutes. What do you dislike? I did not have a password on the computer itself to log in and I did not want to type one in every time I got on the computer but had to put one in. Good, solid remote desktop software

What do you like best? VNC Connect is very easy to use, install, and share remote access with colleagues. It's very solid and works well, I've never had any connection issues that were the software's fault. What do you dislike? The file sharing system isn't great and is a little clunky to use, although I think this is being worked on. What do you like best? Here are a few things that I love about Real VNC: 1) During a remote session, I can go back and forth from the actual computer I am working on to my remote computer, seamlessly. It's just like having another window open. What do you like best? Very reasonable cost for an efficient remote access service. Nice to have one password rather than requiring a new code each time a PC shuts down.
