I wish I could give less than 1. I tried the trial version, and it seemed okay, but it won't let me download the PDF during the free session. So I paid over $50 for a month's use. Then I created several pages of the document and tried to download it, but it kept failing after several tries I gave up and requested for a refund as it was not working. The refund was refused, and kept telling me it was in the terms and conditions. I understand the TnC but with faulty product wasting peoples ...

Terrible customer support and program…
Terrible customer support and program in general. Lots of finicky tricky stuff that you need customer support to fix- which they never do.

I subscribed to their monthly service…
Update: their chat doesn't work and there is no phone support. ==== I subscribed to their monthly service since January 2024 but on February 1st, 2024 I cancelled the service. I got a confirmation screen but no confirmation email. I found out I was charged 4 times since, each time $59. I tried to cancel again, just to verify the fact that no confirmation email is sent, and as in last time, saw a confirmation screen shown but no email is sent to confirm that. They just don't let a customer quit.
