Love the templates and interactive features
Great program. Been using it for few months now for Social Graphics but now for infographics and internal reporting with my customers. I get the right balance of simplicity but enough power to go past static cookie cutter designs you get with other programs.

Scammer. Said free template, but when we're to download the project, they ask us to pay. If so, why say "free"? If we want to edit online and share online, why go find free stuffs? Scammer, what a waste of time to use this thing.

Great for Presentations and Design
I've been using Visme for several years now and they are always improving the tool. The recent updates to moving design tools to left panel has been great and the AI tools are a time saver. Great for marketing needs.

Good support and product
Visme support was helpful with my cancellation. I was able to get all of my requests done within a couple of days. I had made an error in choosing the wrong plan and was helped without having to cancel my order. Thank you again.

I need to find a Canva alternative that
I need to find a Canva alternative that could help me level up my content more. Each time I spend a little more time I find new features and improvements. The new 3D characters are amazing; drag and drop with complete poses are a great touch.

I wish I could give less than 1
I wish I could give less than 1. I tried the trial version, and it seemed okay, but it won't let me download the PDF during the free session. So I paid over $50 for a month's use. Then I created several pages of the document and tried to download it, but it kept failing after several tries I gave up and requested for a refund as it was not working. The refund was refused, and kept telling me it was in the terms and conditions. I understand the TnC but with faulty product wasting peoples ...

Terrible customer support and program…
Terrible customer support and program in general. Lots of finicky tricky stuff that you need customer support to fix- which they never do.
