Ray and Lincoln were both incredibly…

Ray and Lincoln were both incredibly helpful after a brief scare thanks to a Google sign-in snafu. The trouble shooting was top notch. I love the software and am really greatful for the effort put in by the team to help me.

Absolutely Atrocious!

Absolutely atrocious! I’ve been billed for a subscription that I did not renew so they owe me over £250, which they now appear to be refusing to pay back! When I tried to use their chat function to talk to someone about it, I said I was having trouble managing my subscription. Their response was that it was great to hear, then they ended the chat TWICE! (I have screenshots of all this). Their email then spouted a load of rubbish effectively blaming me even though their unsubscribe page ...

I had the EXACT same experience as SBB.

I had the EXACT same experience as SBB. I was being billed by Visme even after I cancelled the subscription. The system didn't register my cancellation (even though I followed the steps outlined). "VISME IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!"

What do you like best about Visme? How they offer many tranings. Their customer service is great. It has so much to help evolve in this plateform. I use it for everything. I could never go back to any other designing tool.
