What do you like best? Customization, engagement, customer engagement intelligence, marketing automation integration. What do you dislike? Ease of use of the platform. It's quite complicated. Might have been user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leveraging existing videos like demos, webinars, etc to create engagement. Individual behavioral insights is a big plus.

Amazing Service!

What do you like best? Replacing email with videos. Allows for messages to be sent with more meaning and emotion. What do you dislike? Not being able to connect multiple videos into one. ie. going from selfie camera to screen display. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Vidyard for all of our video hosting for our websites. It's easy to use and a great tool.

Excellent video hosting platform

What do you like best? I like the watch metrics that you get on videos, it makes it much easier to measure how much of the content is watched. What do you dislike? I disliked that you had to edit the information about a video twice, it seems they've fixed that now though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've been able to see how our content is being engaged with and which content works better than others.

Fantastic Tool to cut through the noise

What do you like best? Functionalities like thumbnails to capture the prospect's attention. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything that I dislike about vidyard other than occasionally it runs slow. Recommendations to others considering the product: I know other colleagues who don't use Vidyard or don't know the full capabilities.
