What do you like best? I like the fact that I can show my face to prospects and let them see me as I'm sending them my first attempt at reaching out to them. The ability to have the prospect seem me at the initial outreach is very important, especially when a lot of people are asking for their time. Being able to add an ending slide CTA with Events is such a huge help to streamlining the customer journey without having to invest in post-rolls that will probably need to be changed down the road. Originally we came to Vidyard to have the ability to play 20 minute of content back to back in a closed circuit format inside our branches without concern of buffering in between videos or showing controls like YouTube. Now we use it to personalized on-the-spot videos, or put in HubSpot workflows, get viewer data to make adjustments, and moving into created a learning hub for "how to videos" and even personalized videos for onboarding.
