What do you like best about Via? Via has helped us build a solid SMS subscriber list and drive predictable sales. Mobile is a big priority for us and Via gets that better than anyone. What do you dislike about Via? Nothing major. The product is always improving. What problems is Via solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Via? We get to connect with customers on a more personal level and quickly. Our customers love having a human on the other side of the phone instead of a robotic automation. Great for customers on the go; shoot us a text and we'll be there to help! Plus our CSR, Kate, is AMAZING! Makes the whole experience! What do you dislike about Via? Not integrating with Gorgias was a curveball, but it's highly appreciated Via diving and looking further into this for us. ...

My account executive contacted me every two weeks and would even create the text for me if I were too busy or having problems. I love the ease of the software, creating text with pictures is so easy. What do you like best about Via? I love that we are able to schedule SMS messages, it makes planning easy! What do you dislike about Via? The design options are limited, but still enough that it is easy to use and understand. What problems is Via solving and how is that benefiting you? They assist with how to best reach the consumer. This in turn has equalled profits for us and we are creating better practices!
