What do you like best about Via? VIA makes creating dynamic campaigns & communicating with your SMS list super easy and the support and insights I receive are invaluable! What do you dislike about Via? I think this app offers so many useful tools, but I would love for there to be a few more options for segmentation. What problems is Via solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing SMS campaigns and understanding what's really working well and what customers are responding positively to.

What do you like best about Via? The most helpful part is having a customer success manager whos accessible especially during busy months like November. We find they campaign ideas have been tailored to our brand and it helps to have someone to work with for an entire year. Kate was a great help and so far Omar has been as well.
