Affordable. Cost-Efficient.
PROS: I love the software especially because it allows us to store exemption certificates. The software is also really easy to use and access. CONS: Can't think of anything I hate about the software.

Best app for calculating taxes
PROS: This software automates preparation of tax returns and calculation of sale tax. I love that it's accessible through the web. CONS: I can't think of anything bad about it. I just hope it keeps on improving.

Helps us with taxes
PROS: The software gives us monthly updates. Because of Vertex Cloud, we no longer have to have a hardware installed to help us with our tax work. CONS: All good for now!

Automated our regular tasks
PROS: Vertex makes everything easier for us. It auto-calculates taxes based on the tax policies of different States. It considers tax-exempt customers. Taxes are calculated real-time! I also love that we get to integrate the system in our website.

Bye, manual processing of taxes!
PROS: Vertex Cloud produces returns for you. The only thing you have to do is upload necessary files/data. My team no longer have to stress out preparing taxes manually. CONS: Vertex doesn't offer training for users to have better experience in using the software. I also hope there would be an on-call agent that can help with the configurations.

Love this software!

Worth the price!
PROS: The software is cost-effective because it improves a lot of aspects in our work. It automatically adjusts whenever there are changes with tax laws of various states. They also have A+ customer support. I stopped worrying about audit because of Vertex.

Exactly what our company needs!
PROS: I love the tax calculation feature of this program! The price is fixed and budget-friendly. CONS: What I don't like is the pricing for the returns filing. It's a bit pricey given than it charge per transaction instead of a fixed price like the tax calculation.

Amazing UI!
PROS: I love the user-interface! It doesn't overwhelm new users and other users who aren't familiar with tax processing. CONS: I've had some issues with importing adjustments where I have to upload it twice because it wasn't properly working.
