Huge help!
PROS: What I like best about this software is their customer service! The agent assigned to us has been very responsive and pro-active. Very knowledgeable on the filing processes. CONS: There should be an assigned representative from the very start.

Helpful in financial reporting
PROS: The app does a lot! It's really helpful to us especially on tax calculation and reporting. It also allows us to view transaction details. It also helps us in managing tax-exempt customers. CONS: There are some issues on the software's compatibility with other apps. We've experienced difficulties in integrating it with other software, and got no luck with their customer/technical support as well. PROS: This program does the job! It keeps me worry-free about taxes because I know it takes care of it and ensures that we're tax compliant!
