Crashes all the time, takes ages to put in stock, the quick keys are pointless when you can't have enough tabs to have different brands. can't use it to work out the commission rate I take.

Not enough options for receipt printers.

We haven't been able to fully implement Vend because of problems with the ethernet connection at the retail outlet. Vend does not provide support for enough printers for us to overcome the problem.

Vend works well when it's online

I'm writing this while Vend is "offline" for all 4 of our stores at 5:30pm central time in the USA. I called support and they said this was planned maintenance and it should be up in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later and it's still not up. Offline service does not work since our associates are logged out automatically after each sale. Once you're logged out, you cannot get back in when Vend is offline. A refreshing POS solution

Vend truly understand the independent business persons needs. This program is streamlined, efficient, and intuitive. Three things that are critical to helping our store and employees make sales rather than be POS experts. Plus, by logging in from any computer, it allows me to easily update/add products and check sales figures from home or on the road. I highly recommend this app.

Best POS out there!

Have spent many years working on outdated software, Vend really was a breath of fresh air. Vend links to your online store via shopify flawlessly and also syncs with Xero so you only have to enter your invoices once. All in all a very well thought out piece of software that is still evolving vis regular updates, can't wait to see how vend performs in the future .

Best POS system for Small to Medium Enterprise on the market, so EASY.

Setup was so simple, enter the basic info, add the equipment / hardware, and it WORKED. Easiest system I have ever setup. From there products, some were uploaded, others manually imported. Again, so simple to follow, and the composite product solutions worked so well. We are using Xero, integration is also simple, and so functional. Have only just started using the Dashboard reporting, but functional, easy to use, and sharp reports can be produced in seconds.

awesome software

Tried vend out and it just worked. Great support and really simple. We operate a second hand shop using volunteers and paid staff and everybody can use it. It even allows for some of our "qwirks"
