Vend looks great but won't update products

I've been updating and adding all my products using CSV importing and exporting. It worked at the start but now it doesn't. When I go to export a CSV to update it gives me a spreadsheet that has all the right changes I've made. However when importing this list the products don't update. It seems the backend has all the right details but it's not reflecting in the actual system. I've been trying to solve this issue for 2 weeks now. Good POS features but back end isn't great

The day to day use is pretty good. Has most options any business would need. Gift Certificates needs to be added and no just run through Xero however. My staff really like using this system. If you are going to use Vend for POS only, i think its worth it. If you are going to integrate with an ecommerce system it I would think twice. Easy to use and great customer service

I have used a few different software systems over the past 10 years and I must say that Vend is the easiest software to use. Whenever I needed help, they are quick to respond and are attentive to my issue. I highly recommend this software to anyone who is in the market for a friendly team and system.

Vend - Simply wonderful!

Being in the UK and looking at many off the shelf POS software we opted to go with a solution in the UK, that was a complete disaster from day one, it was slow, had 2 separate systems one for store and a backend to enter stock and view reports. Brilliant

As a small business operator VEND gives me everything I need in one complete package, at a price that puts other POS systems to shame. A Customer support service that is second to none and can be relied upon 24/7. Vend allowed me to set up a POS system at half the cost of traditional systems and 2 years on, its still running strong. Vend has reduced my administration time and let me get on with the job of running my business.

Vend is awesome

Vend is easy to use and gives us all of the features and functions we need. We are a small shop so we appreciate the reasonable cost and the flexibility of using Vend on a PC or iPad. It is a very powerful point-of-sale system for the price.

Skincare Spa ditches Spa Industry software for VEND

I tried every Spa software out there. They were overly complicated and had too much going on for my small Skincare practice. Moving my Point-Of - Sale over to VEND has been the easiest transition and we were up and running in quickly. I get quick responses from Customer service when i do have a question. Love the ease of a glance to see my inventory, client history, and total sales. Im a small Skincare practice, and this software is the best Ive used in years !
