Poor customer service and no rounding!

As a POS system this is fairly easy to use and intuitive however there are a few major flaws. Firstly there is no automatic rounding capability so rounding has to happen manually. When questioned regarding this lapse, Vends response was that due to multiple currency and rounding systems in the five countries they work in this is too hard. Now, this is simply not true. What do you like best? It's great at calculating sales tax across various jurisdictions worldwide - country/state/county/city.

What do you like best? VEND intelligently accounts for multi-aspects of the business. It is a point of sale that not only handles sales of product, but it also attributes the costs of those products, the fluctuation in pricing when ordering those products, the separated sales taxes (State vs local). They actually utilize the data that is collected, so the reporting mechanisms are AMAZING! The newest reporting platform.

What do you like best? Reporting suite offers decent financial reporting. Quick keys system seems to work well, especially with touch screen hardware.

What do you like best? Perhaps the best thing about Vend is it's user friendliness. The interface is easy to learn and operate — which makes training employees a breeze.

What do you like best? As a manager, I appreciate the fact that all of our different sales associates can made their own user profiles. This makes keeping track of the performance of each sales associate easier for our business.

What do you like best? VendHQ has been instrumental as we have grown our online retail store. VendHQ simplifies the entire process allowing me to focus on other parts of my business. What I truly love about VendHQ is being able to visualize the stores performance in real time and track how well all my products are selling.

Poor customer relations!

Well, 2 weeks ago I got the reply you see below, and nothing more. It's a fascinating strategy to exhibit horrible customer service in response to a complaint about customer service, BRAVO!! Please contact me, I am more than offended. Dear Mr Rowsell, I am very disappointed in the position that your company has put me in. Bad support

We've been using Vend for well over a year and the system is ok if you just have a bricks and mortar shop. Unfortunately if you do anything else, Vend are very unhelpful. We are a multichannel retailer and link Vend to our website with Shopify, and then both link to Xero for finance. Because Vend won't accommodate even the simplest request (even with a year's notice) we have to manually close down the online register every night at midnight 365 days a year.
