Our company has been using Vend for about a year now and it works very well for us. I have no hesitation recommending this product for the following reasons. Set up - I found it easy to set up and get working. The team took to using it quickly with very little training and we were able to move from a manual system to this online one very quickly. Vend continues to impress.

We implemented Vend as our POS system when we opened our women's clothing boutique two years about and have been very happy with the product. They continually improve and add to the features. It is easy to use and train staff on. It integrates with my accounting software (Xero) - not to say there are not a few issues with that but have always been able to work thru them. Vend Support is VERY responsive and has only gone above and beyond assisting me with any issues. I highly recommend.

Just works !

Vend has been a great success in our business. It is a very well thought out POS platform with lots of useful features and add ons. It is easy to use, new staff pick it up on no time and support is great. Vend understand the retailer and small business. I have a part finance related business and 1500 product retail store and we capture everything in Vend. I live 2000 kms from my business and manage it remotely. Cloud lets me see what is going on live - I wouldn't be without it !

Very happy with Vend

We have been using Vend for 3 years in our boutiques and have been very happy with it. We used to have resident point of sale installed in our locations, but it was a headache due to instability and lack of sync, real time reporting and little flexibility. Vend is the best

I've been using Vend for just over 6 months now and love it for its ease of use and reliability and the way it integrate with our accounting software Xero and our payments system Tyro. The support for Vend is both knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Vend to anyone starting their own retail business.

Vend POS is highly recommended

I am a gift retailer with 4 outlets and a central stockroom and I run my whole business on Vend. The functionality is amazing, it's very user friendly and the support is excellent and fast. They do truly listen to my needs and assist where they can. The report functionality is very powerful and helpful. Pricing for Canadians

We realize that the world operates under the American dollar but right now, the American dollar is killing Canadian companies. I hope to see that Vend will help other countries that use their product with the exchange rates. Canadians beware, the product is quite expensive right now. So much so we are thinking of changing. I will keep an eye out for this review. Hopefully they will allow it to be posted on their review site.
