Vend continues to impress.

We implemented Vend as our POS system when we opened our women's clothing boutique two years about and have been very happy with the product. They continually improve and add to the features. It is easy to use and train staff on. It integrates with my accounting software (Xero) - not to say there are not a few issues with that but have always been able to work thru them. Vend Support is VERY responsive and has only gone above and beyond assisting me with any issues. I highly recommend.

So good I bought it twice!

I have been using Vend for about three years now, and I really like it. Very easy to set up and use, so employees need minimal training. Company is responsive to suggestions, and have added great new features over the years. I originally bought it for my retail store, so when non-profit I work with was looking for a POS system, I suggested Vend, and now they use it too! I also just added an integrated payment system. Great POS Solution and fantastic support

I have been using vend for over 1 year, and it has worked extremely well in my fashion store. The software is so easy to setup and use with very few issues. Any issues encountered have been resolved straight away by their fantastic support team. Can't recommend high enough.

Love Vend, Just wish I had more time to use it totally. I've had a few problems with intergration, which still needs to be addressed, but other than that I think its great.

Good as a POS

It works very good for inventory keeping, sales tracking and as a POS but I didn't like the e-commerce feature.

Ideal Partner for POS

Love the reporting features!

We run a busy retail store and chose Vend because it integrates with Xero our accounting software and card payment system. We especially like that we can access Vend from anywhere and get up-to-date detailed reports. The only ongoing issue we are facing is with integration which still needs to be addressed, on average the system freezes 2 - 3 times per day.

Pricing for Canadians

We realize that the world operates under the American dollar but right now, the American dollar is killing Canadian companies. I hope to see that Vend will help other countries that use their product with the exchange rates. Canadians beware, the product is quite expensive right now. So much so we are thinking of changing. I will keep an eye out for this review. Hopefully they will allow it to be posted on their review site.
