I am a gift retailer with 4 outlets and a central stockroom and I run my whole business on Vend. The functionality is amazing, it's very user friendly and the support is excellent and fast. Simple to use - recommend to anyone

I went from a simple cash register to Vend. My staff at the time were older and did not even understand how to use email, and I taught them within a very short time how to use Vend. Also within 5 min I could teach young people how to do a everyday transaction. It's that easy. As for the back end it has all the reports you need and can be learned quite easily. We have been using Vend for 3 years in our boutiques and have been very happy with it. We used to have resident point of sale installed in our locations, but it was a headache due to instability and lack of sync, real time reporting and little flexibility.
