Seamless, easy to use POS software
We run a busy cafe and use Vend because it integrates seamlessly with Xero our accounting software and iZettle our card payment system. Vend is incredibly easy to set up and use. The customer service is great and the level of reporting is fantastic. We especially like that we can access Vend from anywhere and can get real time updates on how business is tracking. Invaluable!

Simple to use - recommend to anyone
I went from a simple cash register to Vend. My staff at the time were older and did not even understand how to use email, and I taught them within a very short time how to use Vend. Also within 5 min I could teach young people how to do a everyday transaction. It's that easy. As for the back end it has all the reports you need and can be learned quite easily. I love Vend!
We moved to Vend 5 months ago and haven't looked back. The transition of 5000 products from our old system was much easier than expected and help was always only a phone call away. Am still finding out things that Vend can do and the team seem to be constantly improving the software. Thank you.

Excellent Company, Great Software
We've been using Vend since 2012 happily and successfully for our shop in Half Moon Bay, California. Our experience with Vend started with a trial - we hadn't become a customer yet and needed support in configuring and using the software. The company provided timely, useful, and correct answers and that made it easy to select Vend as our point-of-sale. The Perfect Package
We have been using Vend for over a year now and couldn't be happier. We integrate Vend with Xero and Deputy to run our entire admin seamlessly in the cloud. The team at Vend provide excellent customer service with someone seemingly always online somewhere around the globe to assist at short notice. So good I bought it twice!
I have been using Vend for about three years now, and I really like it. Very easy to set up and use, so employees need minimal training. Company is responsive to suggestions, and have added great new features over the years. I originally bought it for my retail store, so when non-profit I work with was looking for a POS system, I suggested Vend, and now they use it too! I also just added an integrated payment system. Powerful, and great value for my small business
Opening an archery range was a dream come true for me, and was probably one of the most stressful things I have ever done. But so worth it. Choosing Vend, for my POS, inventory control and customer management, was probably the easiest part of the whole exercise. VEND SUPPORT - SUPERIOR
Our supplement store has been up and running for almost 18 months. We have been using Vend POS for only a short period of this time, but for that short period of time Vend not only provided our business with an affordable package the support we have received has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING!
