Great!
I find Vend very easy to use, and easy for new staff to pick up. It's flexible and over all the reporting is great. Just now need it to be compatible with QuickBooks online and all my finances will be a piece of cake!

Great Software, Great Service, Great Price
I have nothing but a great experience with Vend. From the quality of their product to the customer service, I am thankful to have been referred to Vend, the simplicity of the monthly cost with no up front fees make it so any mom and pop or major corporation can start right away...

Where do I start, terrible customer support.
We are using Vend for a bricks and mortar store and a web store. For a while now customers have been disappearing from the database that is despite the fact that they have bought from our online store, at first I thought I was wrong but recently met another Vend user who is having the same experience. Vend just brushes it off as your problem. Every time I have reported a problem the support Emails....yes I said emails as they don't have phone support unless you pay $25 per month extra. ...

Vend is great. Has made managing multiple stores a breeze. As the GM i can log in and check sales, compare stores and provide feedback to store managers on performance using real data.

Inconsistencies on Inventories movements
There are some inconsistencies with certain outlets, since movements are not reflecting the real or physic inventory, even when we have been trying to do adjustments thru "Inventory Count" tool. This problem has been advised but not solved since many months back.

Vend is so easy to use!
When searching for a new POS system, Vend ticked the boxes for everything we were looking for. Gone is the clunky old PC under the counter that takes 5 minutes to boot up, and in its place is the shiny new iPad and cash drawer (for those of us who still choose to buy things with cash!) with a fantastic, manageable new POS app to make selling to our customers easy. Great POS
Vend has worked as advertised since we started with them 3 years ago. Having our POS in the cloud has allowed us to see whats going on even when we're not physically in the store. The built in loyalty program has been great as well. Any interuptions in service have been quickly resolved.

Easy to use, easy to set up, and continually improves
We have been using Vend for 5 years in 6 outlets. It has been a fantastic tool for inventory tracking and detailed sales reporting. Being a not for profit we rely heavily on volunteers and the simple sell screen allows for people of all ages to input sales. During the 5 years we have been with Vend we have seen many great improvements and they continue to bring out new reporting features. I would recommend Vend to any retail outlet.
