Great Cloud Inventory manager
I've been using vend for over 3 year in my bookstore / coffee shop, I have many SKUs and have always been satisfied with their inventory management. As a bookstore I imagine we have a larger than usual amount of SKUs. Over the last year and half the improved stock take interface and order management has been great.

Easy to use, easy to set up, and continually improves
We have been using Vend for 5 years in 6 outlets. It has been a fantastic tool for inventory tracking and detailed sales reporting. Being a not for profit we rely heavily on volunteers and the simple sell screen allows for people of all ages to input sales. During the 5 years we have been with Vend we have seen many great improvements and they continue to bring out new reporting features. I would recommend Vend to any retail outlet.

Everything I need for my growing business
We've used Vend for three years and the product had grown a lot in that time. We are now using their ecommerce and are running three stores on Vend. The Xero integration makes our business insights and accounting simple, and has meant our accounting costs dropped to 1/5th the price of our pre integration days. Very Poor Support and no refund.
Very poor support, no empathy and trial function incomplete, so one is forced to activate the account ant pay to be able to test functions. One employee promises refund while another one refuses ???? I have been misled and strongly recommend another POS platform, anyone could do better !

"An overall good choice for Inventory needs"
What do you like best? The program is somewhat easy to use. If there is something you are unsure of, it is easy to find out how to use it. Adding products is pretty easy to do, with only one page fill out and one submission page. It is also nice to change the inventory count when needed. Pulling up the report sales is very nice. I especially enjoy the date range option to get a clear idea of what has been sold in a certain amount of time.

Great system, simple interface, clear reports
We have used VEND for a year and I have very few complaints. They are constantly streamlining the interface. It syncs seamlessly with my Shopify store and most credit card processing systems. My only complaint is the Quickbooks integration was more complicated than it was worth and it was simpler to just compare the gross figures and make manual adjustments in QB as needed. Great support!!!! ............ NOT
extremely poor support service, if any problems occur within your vend be sure to be waiting at least a day before a reply (at least) this can stretch out for a few days. And have been waiting for my problem to be fixed for at least 3 weeks now which is terrible considering customer accounts are integrated, leaving you stranded and not being able to send out invoices. Will be looking for a better system which cant be hard after dealing with this rubbish

What do you like best? I like that you can make sales offline. It is easy to use. Easily tracks sales. Overall our employees like this, however I prefer Square over Vend.
