What do you like best? I'm a graphic designer by trade. I started a retail store. Many of the programs that had a great user interface did not have the robust tracking I was looking for and vice-versa. After 2 years, 2 systems in action and many others vetted, Vend is everything I was looking for.

Vend for Small Retail Outlet

Vend has been fantastic for our small retail outlet with seasonal customers. Positive; - free to use until you exceed a certain number of items - integrates with Paypal Here seamlessly. No faffing about trying to input passwords or get the reader to connect. Piece of cake. - excellent reporting for stock - VAT can be set per item - clean interface and easy to use. Negative; - Bit time consuming to extract customer emails but not a huge pain considering the positives.

New Game Store with Vend

We here at GC - Games Collective have had Vend since opening, Oct 2016. I would highly recommend this software for anyone who wants to open any store with tractability, ease of use and excellent reporting functions. The web software is excellent for any laptop and the Apple app for I-pad works splendidly as a till. I would not hesitate to recommend this software for any startup. Keep up the good work Vend.

A flexible service that has been reliable, it is easy to manage and intuitive.

Pretty seamless to set up and personal support is good. It has excellent utility in our area of hospitality (coffee shop plus) although the costing may not align to small budgets for business with limited turnover, although perhaps complex. Well balanced graphics that helps keep control of the business. Stock control is excellent. Well done!

It's simple & It works

Our staff love using the Vend iPads terminals on the counter, our customers love the instant connection to our eftpos terminal & we love how easy it is to manage our stock in the back-end. Being able to log-in anywhere & check live transactions & a great range of reports makes managing our business so easy!

Seriously consider before getting Vend

I don't even want to go into all of the issues I have had with Vend since I began. Just today yet another issue where the system is now showing, for no apparent reason, that I am making negative profit! This is going to look great on the books. ALSO, BEWARE THE COST OF THEIR RECOMMENDED SYSTEM IS NOT $99 A MONTH. IT IS $164 A MONTH AS YOU PAY $139 IF YOU PAY MONTHLY AND AN ADDITIONAL $25 A MONTH FOR PHONE SUPPORT. DODGY SALES TACTICS VEND.
