Vend was the best business decision I could have made!
Starting up a new business can be daunting but Vend made it easy. I had looked at others but no one came close to Vends support, but more so it was a seamless integration into our business. Vend has a lot of flexibility which enables us to get the reports we need to make the right decisions in a timely manner. Easy to use

Lost functionality after updates
Lost functionality after operating system updates is unacceptable. Also could be 4 weeks until a permanent fix is available???

Vend is a very straight forward 7 easy to use system. The support is quick & easy to understand. I would recommend this system to hospitality companies.

Vend is a superior product
Vend is easy to set up and learn. It has a strong feature-set and seems to do pretty much everything we need. There are some reporting abilities we would like to see, but we have been able to work with what they have provided. Of course, no POS system is perfect, but Vend is certainly a superior product. Support is really good, too. I would recommend this to any retail business.

No service mind
I've been using VEND for almost 2 years and I have to say I was quite satisfied. Easy to use for staff. Nice reporting tool. A bit pricey (99usd/month at the time) for a small business like mine but still ok. Then my account was suspended because of a refused payment which I totally ignored : no notification at all of that problem. First comment : These people can hurt your business without notice. When I found out I tried to proceed the payment to recover my account. I was charged 218 ...
